A warm welcome awaits you at our home in rural north-west Norfolk, situated in the village of Weasenham All Saints on the A1065 approx 8 miles from the market town of Swaffham and 8 miles from the market town of Fakenham.

The lovely north Norfolk coast with Wells Next The Sea or Holkham, is only approx 15 miles away from us.

We have three lovely rooms, two with ensuite facilities and one with a private full bathroom adjacent to the room.

If the weather is kind our guests are welcome to enjoy their morning tea or coffee on the deck area overlooking our beautiful secluded cottage garden and pond, all of which you free to wonder around.
